4. Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping within the Arab Republic of Egypt and abroad.
Orders are processed and shipped within the specified period, while the expected delivery time ranges between 5 to 8 business days, and may vary depending on the destination or logistical procedures.
Shipping is done through specialized shipping companies, and CureZ is not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
5. Exchange and Return
Exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all its accessories and original packaging.
Returns are allowed only in the case of a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is in the same condition it was received, and has not been used, washed, or altered in any way.
CureZ reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange or return request.
6. Customized products
Some CureZ products are manufactured or customized according to the customer's request, so they cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
7. Product descriptions
We strive to present all products accurately, including images, colors, and specifications, but differences in screen settings may lead to slight variations in color appearance.
8. Intellectual property
All rights related to the name CureZ, the logo, designs, images, content, graphics, texts, and any materials published on the site, are the exclusive property of CureZ and are protected under intellectual property laws.

The use of the name CureZ or its logo, product images, or any of its brand identity elements in the resale of products, promoting them, or creating similar products bearing a close identity without official permission is prohibited.

CureZ is not responsible for any delay or failure to execute orders due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical malfunctions, government decisions, or delays by shipping companies.
